Valley of Itria: apulia holidays

The Valley of Itria is a enchanted place whether to spend dream vacations in agriturismo*, bed&breakfast, houses and villas in the country.
The possibilities of choice among the various structures are noteable; tourist villages,agriturismo, bed and breakfast, apartaments, houses and villas, that, almost hidden from the olive trees, cover the whole valley.
The Valley of Itria is in the centre of Apulia, it is around 400m on sea level, at the confinements of the provinces of Bari, Brindisi and Taranto.
It is a whole softly undulated valley, studded by orchards, vineyards, trullos and farms where the olive trees dominate.

• Martina Franca, with its Baroque, sober in the private house building but vivacious and plastic in the public one, it can be consider the first cultural centre of the zone;
• Locorotondo, gives the name to a very appreciated white wine;
• Alberobello, the city of the trullos;
• Ostuni the White City;
• Cisternino, from where one can enjoy the magnificent sight of the luxuriant valley.
  The dry little walls that delimit a continuous presence of handkerchiefs of red earth, are dominant motives for the valley, countersigned by knolls and subsidence.
